This website, As free as me, is a personal photography website run by Arnaud Vilaseca. For any question about your personal data, please use the contact form.
Contact form. When you send a message, your name, email address and message are stored in order to answer you. They are never shared nor used for marketing. They are deleted 3 years after you sent them.
Gallery statistics. When you open a tag gallery, the tag and the date are recorded to compute the most popular tags. Your IP address is never stored: only an irreversible pseudonymous identifier derived from it, used to count each visitor once. These records are deleted after 13 months.
This website does not use any advertising or audience measurement cookie.

The Instagram and Facebook links simply open those websites: nothing is sent to them until you click.
The website and its database are hosted by OVHcloud, in France.
Under the GDPR, you can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for its portability. To do so, use the contact form. If you think your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
